Ruel Hamilton

Ruel Hamilton founded AmeriSouth Realty in 1987 and grew it from a fee property management firm into a vertically integrated platform focused on multifamily communities across Dallas and Fort Worth.

Over 35 years, his work has spanned apartments, land, and single-family housing in Texas and Oklahoma, with a focus on inner-city Dallas. He holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of North Texas.

Ruel sees stable housing and strong public education as inseparable. He still leads day-to-day operations and stays closely involved with the properties and people AmeriSouth serves.
